1. What DentalDex is

DentalDex ("DentalDex") operates dentaldex.co, a platform that provides dental practice valuation tools, educational content, confidential practice listings, and introductions between practice sellers and registered buyers. Licensing and the scope of services vary by jurisdiction and will be disclosed in writing for each engagement.

2. Valuation tools

Calculators and indices on this site produce estimates from user-entered inputs and published market ranges. They are not appraisals, offers, or advice. DentalDex is not a law firm, accounting firm, or investment adviser.

3. Seller submissions

Information submitted through the listing form is used to evaluate and, with the seller's written approval, present the practice to registered buyers. Practice identity is not disclosed to any buyer without the seller's approval and a signed non-disclosure agreement. Sellers must not submit patient-identifiable information.

4. Buyer registration

Buyers agree to keep all listing information confidential, to use it solely to evaluate a potential acquisition, and not to contact a practice directly outside the platform process. Registration may be declined or revoked.

5. Fees

All fees and terms are disclosed in writing before a practice is listed or a buyer receives a package. [To be completed following legal review of licensing structure.]
