DENTALDEX

Which kind of DSO is a fit for my practice?

Ten questions. The index scores your practice against the buying criteria of three buyer types: regional DSOs, national platform DSOs, and small dentist-owned groups. It also flags what would move you up.

This is a directional fit score built from stated criteria, not an offer or a guarantee that any buyer will engage.

What do different DSOs look for in a practice?

Regional DSOs want profitable general practices with room to add a provider; national platforms want scale, specialty, or multi-site groups; dentist-owned groups want smaller practices where the seller will stay and the culture fits. The same practice can be a strong fit for one and a weak fit for another.
